Managing Human Resources in Albanian Public Administration
Abstract
Main goal of this paper was to interpret theoretically the important presence of human resources practices in performance, including both individual and organizational performance. Then interpreting the results of the survey done through public organizations especially with human resources specialists. Identifying “a bunch” of best human resources management practices and show their application in our public administration in order to improve individual performance was another issue discussed in this paper. It seems that formality and law are the main pillars supporting the procedures of human resources management rather than finding an opertating mechanism that tend to identify, to fit and to improve performance as it is predicted.Downloads
