The Formation of Citizenship as a Necessary Condition for Effective Socio-Economic Development of Society

Abstract

The article is devoted to the role of culture in shaping the younger generation citizens, creators of socially important benefits.The aim of this article is consideration of the functional role of the education system in social-economic development of the society on the basis of system approach and laws of organization. From these scientific provisions the necessity follows about distinct formulation in the law about education of the strategic aim of the development of the system of education as the responsible institute for formation of rising generation by the competent labour resources for the economy of its state, citizens-constructors of socially valuable spiritual and materials goods.
