Enhancing Adaptability of Foreign Students
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study and analysis of foreign students’ adaptability in Russian universities. Based on the analysis of the structured adaptation readiness of an individual, as well as features of the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students, the study determines the structure of adaptation readiness, which includes such components as cognitive, informational, evaluative, motivational, dispositional, emotional, volitional, operational, communicative, and socio-psychological. Analysis of empirical data reveal the main problems and prospects to improve the adaptation readiness of foreign students.Downloads
