The Albanian Legal Framework on the Parents’ Involvement in Schools
AbstractIt is widely accepted that parents’ involvement in the school plays a positive role in the students’ results and their development. The concrete reality offers various perspectives. Whereever the school-family partnership is institutionalized and is considered to be important there is evidence of positive results, whereas there are many other cases in which this partnership does not function.The aim of this study is to analyze throughout the years, the Albanian legal framework regarding parents’ involvement, its influence in fulfilling the school-family partnership and the teachers’ evaluation of it.
