Federalism as a Factor of Sustainable Development of the Multiethnic State
Abstract
Problems of preservation of territorial integrity of the multiethnic states and safety in the sphere of the interethnic relations demand not only comprehensive study of modern ethnopolitical processes, but also search of effective mechanisms of response to their calls and risks. In the context of modern inconsistent development of the multiethnic state could such a mechanism be the federalism? This article is an attempt to answer this question.Downloads
